Consulting Division
The International Evangelism and Home Missions Department is seeking to license at least 40 denominational consultants. Once trained, the consultant will become part of a team that will enable the Church of God to produce stronger leaders and healthier churches.
How does our system work?
Our system is divided into three distinct phases...
1. DIAGNOSE
In phase one we will

2. TRAIN
In the second phase we offer
critical TRAINING for staff and team leaders.
3. IGNITE
Get ready to EQUIP your church with fresh, relevant
ministry material.
We have made it our mission to…
- Train and build strong spiritual leaders who will impact their communities for Christ.
- Strengthen churches administratively which enables them to be purpose driven and culturally relevant.
- Produce healthy churches which, in turn, produce healthy disciples.
- Provide pastors and church leaders with excellent resource materials at a reasonable price.
According to Gene Wood, author of “Leading turnaround churches,” 92% of churches in the United States are either plateaud or declining! “92%” That’s Huge! Something has gone terribly wrong with the church…
What’s Wrong with the Church?
Most of the problems can be traced back to one major source… The church is out of balance! This lack of balance is the primary cause of the following problems…
- Hurting Pastors – Each month 1200 pastors leave the ministry due to stress, burnout and church related issues.
- Weak Leadership – In the last 10 years not a single county can so more people going to church.
- Poor Training – We close 72 churches a week… 10 churches per day. 85% of those left are declining!
- Limited Conversions – Of the 350,000+ churches - 60,000 do not have a single convert every year!
Church consultants can help find the cure! The primary agenda here is to help churches and ministries become and remain healthy. HEALTHY THINGS GROW! That is true in every area of life including church life. Healthy churches grow. Therefore, as a church improves its health it will gain the strength it needs to make a significant impact on its community.
